The purpose for our staff here at Life.Church is to bring in, build up, train, and then send out. We recognize that great staff aren't found but developed in the right environments. That's why we create those environments and bring people in. While they are with us, we build our staff up and train them, equipping them for their lives of ministry wherever God takes them. Finally, we send our staff out into the next season God has for them.
