We believe our greatest resource is our people, our staff, and it is our job to steward them well for the season they are with us. Seasons have beginnings and ends, so we are intentional about developing and equipping our staff for whatever God has next for them. And when the time comes for a staff member to follow God into their next season, we want to be open-handed with them and send them out knowing we invested our best in them for the sake of the capital "C" Church.
