6-8 Weeks Before Group
Key Promotion Steps
- Make a list of people you’d like to invite to your group and reach out to them via email, social media, or by phone. (Keep in mind that everyone can benefit from the principles taught in Financial Peace University. This group works for those that are struggling with money as well as those who are doing okay but want to learn how to manage their money better.)
- Hang posters around your church and/or community – try a local coffee shop, library or recreation area.
- If you’re meeting in your church building, contact a fellow leader and ask to use their newsletter, website, and/or social media platforms to invite people to your group.
- Share a promotional video on social media – don’t forget to include your group link.
- Recruit others to help promote. Reach out to friends, family, and FPU graduates. Remember, promoting your group is a team effort.
