The digital age we live in has empowered the Church to reach more people than ever before. There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to digital tools and tech, and that's a blessing! But, it can be hard to slog through all the options, so we wanted to share the tools we use for Church Online. The list continues to evolve, but here's what we're using now:
- Church Online Platform (of course!) allows us to broadcast sermons, chat with attendees, and pray with those in need
- Vimeo, Resi, Stream Monkey, to stream video
- Google Analytics to review traffic patterns and data
- Facebook Groups to organize volunteers
- Fellowship One, Rock RMS, and Planning Center to manage our volunteer database
- Church Metrics to analyze our attendees and stats
- Basecamp, Trello, or Workfront to manage our internal projects
- Google Docs and Paper to share documents among staff and volunteers
- ServeHQ to equip and engage the church
- Prezi to train volunteers
- Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams to communicate with your team and hosts
- Final Cut Studio, Adobe Premier Pro, and Photoshop to edit film and videos
- Adobe Create Suite to design images and graphics
- MailChimp and Hubspot to send and manage emails
