On a deeper level though, feedback is about teamwork and faith that everyone on your church team wants what's best for the church, your attendees, and those who don't yet know Christ. For any communications professional in a church, it all comes down to having a servant's heart—supporting and championing the messages sent out by the ministries in your church.
