But, if you find yourself constantly in 'execution' mode, ask these questions to help guide the process: do we have a clearly defined problem we're trying to solve? What is the goal of this project? Why do we believe this idea is the right solution?

Asking questions before and during a project can help keep you centered on the real goal and help you reach a better end-result.
